Arpegi 4.1 - Long Overdue Update

This is currently planned, might change of course. I plan to do this next week.

• Some SEO work.

• New campaigns.
• New monsters, random quests and shop items.
• A bit of clean-up in the shop.
• Some loading issues when attacking other Arpegi members.

• Trying to get mentions to work!
• Hide content (from other users / groups)
• Trying to find a new set of emoticons. (One animated and one still.)

• Some highscore fixes.
• New games.
• Going to fix the stats page.

• A minor lay-out issue in the admin section.
• Return of the news page.
• Tons of minor theme fixes.

Yeah. Sorta like Twitter and the "@". I tried it in the past, but the code bugged out. I'm going to attempt it again.
