I personally hold Doctor Who above the rest because yes.
I'm quite fond of the other two as well, even though I haven't caught up with Supernatural(I'm still on the first season >_>).

Anyone else share my infatuation with these three? D:

Never even heard of those other two, I'm around season 4 episode 5 or so in doctor who and once I'm done Ima watch the old episodes :3

Sherlock is actually pretty darn good, definitely my favorite of the three. One of Steven Moffat's better work.
I eagerly await season 2.

Either way, its going to be the last regeneration. A lot of people seem to think they are going to break tradition and cast a female doctor. Regardless we most likely wont know who it will be, they tend to choose lesser known actors.
